The Women’s Triples competition has been very competitive this year. We had a big increase in entries, which was great to see, and this included some new clubs that have not entered before.
We have seen some very close games in the first 3 rounds, including 2 games being taken to an extra end and others have entertained spectators with some great fight backs!
We now have our 4 semi finalists who will play during our semi final weekend on 13/14th July at Benfield.
Last year’s champions, Benfield are through to the semi finals, along with one of our new clubs Gosforth Coxlodge. The other two clubs are Whitley and Monkseaton and Percy, who both got knocked out in earlier rounds last year. Well done to all four teams.
