It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Turner, Former County President (1995).
An avid bowler throughout his life, he dedicated many years to the sport he loved, serving as Past President of Hexham Elvaston Bowling Club where he remained a life member. His camaraderie and passion for the game left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing and playing alongside him.
Our thoughts, heartfelt condolences, and deepest sympathy go out to his devoted wife, Margaret Turner, his family, friends, and the wider bowling community.
