With all the excitement of Finals this weekend, I (Rachel Cartwright) have received a lot of questions about tickets for National Finals.
Please see below FAQ’s on how/ when you need to apply for tickets. I will be at Gosforth all day today, 27th July, should you need any support or more information in addition to the below.
As a county, we have been allocated 114 FREE tickets to the AVIVA National Finals (6 tickets per day).
- Do I need to apply for tickets?
If you are PLAYING as a competitor, you DO NOT need to apply for tickets on the day your event runs, you can enter for free via the ‘Players Entrance’. Note: you can still gain entry as a ‘competitor’ if you don’t quite make it to the final.
If you are NOT a competitor or your competition is not scheduled for that day, the you WILL need a ticket to gain entry.
- How do I apply for tickets?
Complete the ANF Ticket Request form here, before the July 31st deadline.
- How many tickets can I apply for?
Each person can apply for 1 ticket per day.
- Will I be guaranteed the tickets I apply for?
No, tickets will be allocated fairly (or picked randomly) for days which are oversubscribed (more than 6 applications per day).
Where possible, they will be allocated in a way to minimise the number of tickets each applicant will be required to purchase – so the more tickets you apply for, the more likely you will need to pay. In all other cases, this will be randomly drawn.
- How/ when will I know if I’m successful and when will I receive my tickets?
BE Northumberland Administrator, Rachel Cartwright, will share the tickets week commencing 4th Aug. This will be electronically via WhatsApp/ email based on your selection on the form. Please be patient as this requires manually separating and emailing up to 114 tickets!
- I didn’t receive any/all the tickets I applied for, what do I do now?
Apply for additional tickets using our unique link (here), if we sell enough tickets, the county will receive commission!
