Men’s Competition Entries

I thought I would give you a quick update on Men’s competition entries – that is the Men’s county competitions, such as 4 wood singles, pairs, triples, fours etc – in terms of numbers.

I am pleased to advise the entries have gone up again – some of you may recall they went up last year (or the past season) – and for some competitions this allowed Northumberland to have TWO entries in competitions at the National Finals at Royal Leamington Spa. Counties with the most numbers will receive TWO entries again (that is for the top 13 entries per event).

Here is a summary of this years entries – I’ve also added the last couple of years or so as well, for your information. As you will see we are nearly 200 more entries compared to 2018. The variance is the difference from last years’ figures.

Hopefully with these increases and certainly positive that more of our members are entering and playing – that we get 2 entries in more events at National Finals in August.
