Tuesday sees our Men back in action, and this time in the turn of our Triples Champions – who are Josh Minto, Craig Cooper & Chris Yeomans.
The first game (prelim) will be against Herefordshire of David Watkins, Paul Rainthorpe, David Lambert from the Ross-On-Wye BC.
RESULT: Yeomans 23 Lambert (Herefordshire) 6 (prelim);RESULT: Yeomans 20 Burgess (Essex A) 15 (1st Round);
RESULT: Yeomans 21 Smallwood (Gloucs B) 8 (2nd Round);
That put our lads in to the quarter finals tomorrow morning at 9:30am, where they will a triple from Topsham BC, Devon B (Lee Phillips, James Hampton, Kevin Phillips). To note there are 2 Devon Triples in the last 8 – with the other being skipped by singles winner Sam Tolchard (these are in the other half of the draw).
