Sunday brought our Men’s Middleton Cup team to the finals at Leamington Spa. At this stage 4 counties have qualified through their groups, and then quarter finals and in to the semi finals and final today.
Today we faced / playing Buckinghamshire – whom we have come across many times in these finals this year. The lads were slightly behind through the opening phase of the game (to note it is 6 rinks playing 21 ends each), and Bucks increased their lead approaching 10 ends.
