Gosforth’s and England International Chris Yeomans is taking part in Bowls England International Squad Day at Royal Leamington Spa today (20 May).
The squad has already been shortlisted – and all those taking part will be trying to secure their selections for future events – including the British Isles Series at the end of June. However the series is different now – and is not 24 players (6 rinks of 4) – but the new format is 10 players only. The format sees each country fielding 10 players (that is 10 women and 10 men) – playing singles, pairs, triples, and fours.
