The reason for the question is relating to ensure we have the correct details on the website and Men’s County Yearbooks for you for Club Secretaries (phone, e-mail etc, other /second contacts etc etc). This is mainly for the Men’s section, but of course covers the Women’s section too.
On the Men’s section as I say we are looking at BOTH the website, and also the Men’s County Yearbook for the forthcoming season – and as you realise it is imperative we have the correct details for you – that is mainly for Club Secretaries. For the Men’s side there have been many new Secretaries and the website has been updated to reflect these changes – but could everyone check their club details – this includes Secretary name of course, mobile numbers and e-mail addresses, other contacts, club champion.
Furthermore we need to ensure we are only sharing information that is necessary and required – as we need to be following data agreements and guidance (GDPR). So such names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses must have been agreed with the relevant person(s) named/provided.
One thing that we didn’t ask for – on Form 1 was President or Chairman – as many clubs don’t have such a role or perhaps members not taking the role up. However, under your club – have a look and if you have and know your President/Chairman and they are not shown or incorrect please also advise.
