It is sad to report the news of the death of John Tweddle. John played for the Walker Bowls Club for many, many years (possibly over 40), and was a stalwart of the club, as well as being a top bowler. John represented the county over multiple years, across all teams and notched up over 150 appearances in total.
In addition John’s wife also sadly passed away 4 weeks ago.
Our thoughts and condolences are very much with John’s family and friends at this most difficult time.
